We aim to have your order processed and shipped within 4 working days .Although it may take longer during busier times, such as during Subscription box or new kit shipping .
If for any reason, there may to be a delay in fulfilling your order, such as stock availability, we will notify you by email.
We ship Monday-Thursday each week.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched so please ensure all your contact details are entered correctly when placing your order.

Royal mail Tracked 48hr - £4.50.
*FREE Local pick up is also available. Choose this option at the checkout . You will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Pickup is available Thursday & friday 11-4

NOTE: It is the responsibility of the customer (you) to be home to receive your delivery. If you know that this is not possible please make an alternative arrangement to collect it up from a designated pick up point . If it is returned to us after the pick up time has expired we will endeavor to re deliver it at the customers cost. If for any reason , it is lost in transit on its return to us , we will 100% NOT issue a refund. Lost parcels in this situation are out of our control and not our responsibility to locate.

Duties/Taxes
For orders sent outside the UK & EU customs charges can be applied upon receipt of your order and are the responsibility of the customer. All orders sent outside the UK & EU will be handled by the courier which means that the customer is responsible for paying import VAT, customs duties and possibly a handling fee in the receiving country. These charges will depend on the country, the value and the nature of the item.
If you fail to pay these duties your order will be returned to us. We DO NOT offer refunds for returns due to non payment of taxes/duties.
