Garenne is a lovely dress with a gathered waist that can also be made as a blouse with or without sleeves. You can choose to add a ruffled collar for an elegant touch at the neckline, or sew a simple version without a collar for a more casual dress. Your child will be free to move thanks to the fullness of the skirt and the elasticized sleeves.
