There's something rather lovely about a beautiful cream fabric, and this textured quilted fabric from Fibre Mood is no exception!Featuring a soft, creamy colour and a subtle quilted design with flowing, gently curved lines, this fabric has a beautifully understated appearance. The textured surface adds interest and dimension, while the neutral shade makes it wonderfully versatile.
Made from 100% polyester, this lightweight 130gsm fabric is ideal for creating comfortable layering pieces without the bulk of a heavier quilted fabric.
We can imagine this made into a beautiful collarless jacket, a simple quilted gilet or a lightweight coat. It's one of those fabrics that would look equally lovely dressed up or worn casually with your favourite jeans.
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, meaning it has been tested for harmful substances.
This Fabric Is Perfect For...
Lightweight quilted jackets, collarless jackets, gilets, layering pieces, lightweight coats, relaxed overshirts, bags and accessories.Sewing Notes
Cutting: Use sharp scissors or a rotary cutter and pattern weights to keep the fabric flat.
Pattern Placement: Pay attention to the direction of the textured quilting when laying out your pattern pieces.
Stitching: A slightly longer stitch length of approximately 3mm may work well with the quilted texture.
Seam Finishing: Consider binding exposed seams for a neat finish, particularly on unlined jackets and gilets.
Pressing: Do not iron. Gently finger-press seams and use topstitching where appropriate.
Lining: Depending on your chosen pattern, a lightweight lining could give your finished garment a lovely, professional finish.
Top Tip: Take care not to stretch or distort the quilted design while cutting and sewing. Let the fabric feed naturally through your machine.

We do not test our fabrics for flammability. Please refer to the fabric composition in each listing for fibre content.

We do not advise using our fabrics in clothing with high risk requirements such as children’s clothes,uniforms, dancewear, sportswear, upholstery etc.
In general fabric may pose a strangulating, entanglement or suffocation risk, especially to children and vulnerable adults. Always keep out of reach of children and vulnerable adults.
