Solstice is a dress with an elegant look. Supported by a pretty V-neckline, a drape that ties at the front of the bust to intensify your waist. The pleats on the back highlight your kidney loss and help to give comfort to this fitted dress closed with an invisible zip. This dress, available as a blouse, is available with two sleeve options: butterfly sleeves for lightness or slightly puffy long sleeves tightened by a bracelet.

    – a full size pattern (from size 34 to 48 – Seam allowances are included)
