More About This Fabric
Meet Soft Geometry — a statement sweatshirting that feels every bit as good as it looks. The bold abstract design is made up of irregular, interlocking lines and shapes, giving it a wonderfully graphic feel without being too structured. There’s something almost hand-drawn about the pattern, with slightly uneven lines creating movement across the fabric.
But the real treat is on the reverse. This sweatshirting has a beautifully soft, fluffy brushed back, making it wonderfully cosy against the skin and ideal for those garments you want to pull on again and again.
Choose from two colourways:
Cocoa Ink — warm caramel brown paired with deep inky navy for a rich, contemporary combination.
Monochrome — bold black and soft natural for a classic, high-contrast look that will work with almost anything in your wardrobe.

Sewing Notes
Recommended Needle:
Jersey Machine Needles
This sweatshirting can be sewn using an overlocker or on a regular sewing machine using a stretch stitch or narrow zigzag. Maraflex thread is also a great option if you prefer to sew stretch fabrics with a straight stitch on your regular machine.
Because the reverse is beautifully soft and fluffy, you may notice a little extra fluff while cutting and sewing — keeping a lint brush or small vacuum handy is useful!
Try not to stretch the fabric as you sew. A walking foot can be helpful, particularly when sewing thicker seams or several layers together.
For hems, use a twin needle, coverstitch machine or stretch stitch to give a neat finish while allowing the fabric to retain its stretch.
If your pattern includes cuffs, neckbands or waistbands, a coordinating ribbing would work beautifully and will give those areas good recovery.
