The Moira Blouse Sewing Pattern has oversized sleeves and generous gathers at the neckline to create this romantic and lovely blouse or Dress. Moira sewing pattern has raglan sleeves, binding at the neckline, and narrow elastic at the end of the sleeves.

Make the Moira blouse with 1/2, 3/4, or 7/8-length sleeves, and you can create a blouse or a tiered Dress in mini, midi, or maxi lengths.

The Moira is a simple project, and you will practice and learn how to make gathers, A lot of them!

What you need to make a Moira 

• Woven fabric*
• Fusible interfacing
• Sewing thread

For a dramatic effect, use lovely crisp woven fabric such as cotton, linen, or silk, or make it with viscose or Tencel for a softer look.
