Here are all the details you need to know about how your order makes its way to you.

We aim to have your order processed and shipped within 4 working days.

Although it may take longer during busier times, such as during Sales, Subscription box or new kit shipping .

If for any reason, there may to be a delay in fulfilling your order, such as stock availability, we will notify you by email.

We ship Monday & Tuesday, Thursday & Friday each week. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched so please ensure all your contact details are entered correctly when placing your order.

Stock Availability 

Beyond the Pink Door is a small, independent business with both an online shop and a high-street store. We work hard to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible, but from time to time an item may sell in-store before the website has updated.

If this ever happens with your order, we’ll contact you straight away to talk through the next steps , whether that’s a full refund or helping you find an alternative you’ll love.

We ship all of our packages by Royal Mail (Never EVRI) – all packages are fully tracked.

UK Customers – Orders are shipped 48 hour tracked

US Customers – Orders are shipped tracked and tariffs paid and handled in the UK at checkout.

EU Customers – Orders to a value of max €150/£130 including VAT are shipped tracked and duties paid and handled in the UK at checkout.

Rest of the World – Orders are shipped tracked.

SHIPPING TO THE USA:
Due to changes in custom and duties requirements from the 29th of August, shipping costs now include import fees. This is a trial cost and may change in the future if import paperwork charges increase.

**Note regarding EU orders We are registered with IOSS which means that if you order from an EU country you can order to a value of max €180/£145 including VAT with the reassurance that you will have no vat or duty to pay on receiving your shipment from us.

*At the moment we cannot ship orders over this value due to the complexities of the paperwork involved. 

Please check before ordering from us if your delivery will incur any duties/taxes

Duties/Taxes
For orders sent outside the UK & EU, customs charges can be applied upon receipt of your order and are the responsibility of the customer. All orders sent outside the UK & EU will be handled by the courier which means that the customer is responsible for paying import VAT, customs duties and possibly a handling fee in the receiving country. These charges will depend on the country, the value and the nature of the item. 
If you fail to pay these duties your order will be returned to us. We DO NOT offer refunds for returns due to non payment of taxes/duties.


Delivery & Collection Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are available to receive delivery. If you are aware that you will not be present at the delivery address, you must make appropriate alternative arrangements, such as redirecting the parcel or selecting collection from a designated pickup location.

Where a parcel is not collected within the carrier’s stated holding period and is subsequently returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the customer for any re-delivery costs incurred.

If a parcel is lost, damaged, or delayed while being returned to us due to non-collection or failed delivery, no refund or replacement will be issued. Parcels in this circumstance are outside our control and remain the responsibility of the customer.



International Deliveries (Outside the UK)

Where tracking information confirms a parcel as delivered, the delivery shall be considered fulfilled. If the recipient has not received the parcel, it is the recipient’s responsibility to contact their local postal authority or delivery provider to investigate.

We are unable to trace, recover, or intervene in deliveries once the parcel has been transferred to the international carrier. Claims of non-receipt must therefore be pursued directly with the local delivery service.
