FABRIC:
- For the pleated version, we recommend a lightweight, stable fabric such as cotton poplin, linen, or a linen blend (linen/tencel or linen/cotton) with a weight between 115 g/m² and 150 g/m².
- For the non-pleated version, you can opt for more fluid fabrics like tencel or silk, but cotton poplin or linen in the same weight range (115 g/m² to 150 g/m²) will also work beautifully.
FABRIC REQUIEREMENTS FOR 145 CM WIDTH:
- Range 1: (32-48) 125 cm
- Range 2 (48 - 64): 150 cm

Balloon version:
- 5 cm (2”) of lightweight fusible interfacing to reinforce the buttonholes (cord openings).
- 9 mm (3/8”) wide flat elastic, cut to half your upper bust measurement.
- 15 mm (5/8”) wide flat elastic, cut to your waist measurement.
- 2.5 m (2 ¾ yd) of matching bias tape for size range 1, or 3 m (3 ¼ yd) for size range 2.
Flared version:
- 5 cm (2”) of lightweight fusible interfacing to reinforce the buttonholes (cord openings).
- 9 mm (3/8”) wide flat elastic, cut to half your upper bust measurement.
- 2.5 m (2 ¾ yd) of matching bias tape for size range 1, or 3 m (3 ¼ yd) for size range 2.
