FRIDA DRESS or TOP | SewGirl | PDF Pattern

FRIDA DRESS or TOP PDF digital download sewing pattern by Sewgirl to make a fabulous comfortable and stylish dress with two frill tiers (depending on which length you select). Frida dress has side pockets, a keyhole neck opening with either ties or loop and button fastening, three quarter length gathered elasticated sleeves or short turned back cuff sleeves. You can mix and match to suit you. This is a lovely fun project to make a relaxed, everyday 'buffet' style dress or top with a single tier peplum.

The pattern is available in all sizes UK 8-22 (US 6-20) in a choice of long or short lengths (see the chart for size guide and finished measurements). This is an easy, straightforward project, suitable for beginners with some basic sewing experience -a really enjoyable make involving skills such as gathering, attaching a facing, inserting a loop or tie fastening, elastic and pockets.

Frida Dress is suitable for fabrics such as light-med weight cotton, gingham (mixing the different size checks looks great), viscose, denim chambray or needlecord for colder seasons.

PRINTING:

INSTRUCTIONS: The step by step, easy to follow, illustrated booklet, can be downloaded and viewed on any devise to save on printing or it can be printed on A4 paper.

TEMPLATES can be printed in black and white, at 100% SCALE A4 size paper on any home printer. NB. please print the test square on page 1 and check the size first before printing the whole pattern. Pages can be easily assembled and stuck together to make a full-size template (Pritt glue sticks and a guillotine are useful).

This pattern consists of 34 x A4 pages.

Large format files can be downloaded and printed at a copy shop. (This pattern consists of two A0 large format files).
