More About This Fabric
Warm Winter Tones is a beautifully fluid viscose featuring an expressive, watercolour-inspired print in a rich seasonal palette.Soft splashes of rust, burnt orange, olive green, deep teal and muted lilac are scattered across a warm cream background, creating a painterly design with plenty of depth and movement. The colours blend and overlap in places, giving the print a soft, artistic feel rather than a defined floral or geometric pattern.
The viscose has a lovely drape and fluid handle, making it ideal for garments that benefit from softness and movement. It would work beautifully for blouses with gathered sleeves, floaty dresses, skirts, wide-leg trousers and relaxed shirts.
A gorgeous choice for autumn and winter sewing, especially if you love rich colour without wanting a traditional seasonal print.

Sewing Notes
Recommended Needle:
Microtex 70/10
Pre-wash before cutting and allow the fabric to relax and dry fully. When cutting, use plenty of pattern weights or fine pins and avoid lifting or stretching the fabric as you work.
A Microtex or Universal needle in size 70/10 is ideal. Use a standard straight stitch of around 2–2.5 mm.
Stay-stitch curved areas such as necklines to help prevent them from stretching, and handle bias-cut edges carefully.
Finish raw edges with an overlocker or zigzag stitch, as viscose can fray. Press gently using a low to medium heat and avoid pulling or stretching the fabric while pressing.
