Meadow Scatter is a beautifully detailed cotton jersey featuring a dense scattering of softly painted flowers and delicate leaves.The floral design has an almost watercolour feel, with flowers in a mixture of sizes layered closely together across the fabric. This fuller print gives Meadow Scatter plenty of visual interest while still feeling soft, wearable and easy to style.
Comfortable and versatile, this jersey is ideal for everyday garments where you want the ease of a stretch fabric combined with a pretty floral print. Maraflex thread is a great option for cotton jersey as it has built-in stretch, allowing you to sew flexible seams and hems using a straight stitch.
For beautifully neat, stable hems, Vlieseline Stretchfix T30 is also really useful. It helps hold the hem securely in place before stitching and reduces stretching or waviness as you sew.
