Shipping
Our shipping is a tracked service either by Courier or tracked post (An Post, irish postal system). We have the right to make the decision regarding which tracked method to use. This decision is determined by the weight of the order and the cost effectiveness depending on the destination address.
While we strive to ensure high quality images of all our products, it can be difficult to get colours to accurately represent how they will appear in real life. Therefore it is not recommended to use the images on the website to colour match. Customers are asked to contact us for help and advice when trying to colour match products.
Acceptance of your order
Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase products or services from us. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we despatch the product(s) or commencement of the services that you ordered from us, no contract will have formed between us the supplier and you the customer, up until that point.
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge that we have received and are processing your order.
We aim to be able to supply all goods ordered at the prices stated. If we are unable to fulfill this and cannot supply you with the product or service you ordered, we will not process your order, inform you of this via email and, if you have already paid for the product or service, refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.
Buying scissors
Please note that you must be 18 years of age or older to purchase scissors. By accepting our terms and conditions when you purchase our scissors or rotary cutters you are confirming that you are of the legal age to purchase these products.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like scissors and custom cut fabrics . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on goods per change of mind.
