Shipping policy
Here are all the details you need to know about how your order makes its way to you.
We aim to have your order processed and sent out within 4 working days
We ship Monday-Thursday each week. We do not typically ship on fridays (its my day off 😀)
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched so please ensure all your contact details are entered correctly when placing your order.
We are currently using a combination of An Post (Irish Postal system) and a courier service.
We have the right to make the decision regarding which tracked method to use. This decision is determined by the weight of the order and the cost effectiveness depending on the destination address.

Shipping is a flat rate of €4.00.

(Some areas of Australia are deemed as special address areas by the courier and have an extra charge. If this occurs we will contact you and offer an alternative shipping option. (This may (not always)come with an extra charge.)

NOTE: It is the responsibility of the customer (you) to be home to receive your delivery. If you know that this is not possible please make an alternative arrangement to collect it up from a designated pick up point . If it is returned to us after the pick up time has expired we will endeavor to re deliver it at the customers cost. If for any reason , it is lost in transit on its return to us , we will 100% NOT issue a refund. Lost parcels in this situation are out of our control and not our responsibility to locate.
Customs & Import Duties
The prices of the items you order do not include custom taxes and import duties; the costs of these charges vary for each country. You will be responsible for these costs incurred for custom charges when you receive your order. If you do not accept your parcel, your items will be returned back to us. You will be liable for any additional returns and customs charges in relation to your return, the costs of these charges will be deducted from the refunds which are owed to you.
Returns
We can only accept returns of unused patterns or unopened haberdashery. Cut fabric cannot be returned as a change of mind. The cost of return shipping will not be refunded.
Returns from outside EU
If ,when your item is returned to us we receive a customs charge, this charge will be deducted from your refund.
Please note. When filling in the shipping paperwork , value the item at its actual value & not an inflated number. The import vat is calculated on the amount stated on the shipping paperwork and if you value the item higher , the vat calculated may make returning the item a loss making exercise.
